This study explores the influence of body movement on musical performances, particularly saxophone players, through interviews with 20 professionals and pre-professionals. The findings highlight the significance of musical features, previous experiences, and physical/psychological characteristics in shaping musicians' body behavior, emphasizing increased awareness in pedagogical contexts and the role of movement in enhancing both performers' execution and audience experience.
