Quis Saber Quem Sou is a new programme from Antena 1, by Sofia Vieira Lopes (INET-md researcher), Nuno Galopim (RTP) and João Carlos Callixto (RTP), to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the RTP Song Contest (Festival RTP da Canção).

The aim of the programme is not only to tell the story of the Festival, but above all to place it in its social, economic, political and cultural context. To this end, over the course of the 10 episodes it will feature 10 guests - historians, musicologists and experts in the field of communication: Irene Flunser Pimentel (IHC), Luís Trindade (IHC), Rui Vieira Nery (INET-md), Rita Luís (IHC), Maria Inácia Rezola (IHC), Francisco Sena Santos (ESCS), Fernanda Rollo (FCSH), Gonçalo Madaíl (RTP), Carla Baptista (ICNOVA) and Francisco Merino (UBI).

The first two episodes were premiered on 20 February in Podcast format and a new episode will be released every week.

The full version, with music, can be heard on RTP Palco. And the podcast version is available on Spotify, Apple and Google Podcasts.

In April, the programme (with music) will also be broadcast on Antena 1.

This programme is one of the results of the research carried out by the researcher Sofia Vieira Lopes, through her PhD project funded by the FCT, on the RTP Song Contest and the way it has been the stage for representations and mediations of identity over the last six decades in Portugal.
