INET-md actively participated in the 32nd conference of the European Association for Music in Schools (EAS), which took place from June 2 to 7 at the University of Évora.
At this international conference, held under the theme “Unlocking Voices: Shaping Music Education Futures”, several researchers from INET-md and the research group Education, Music and Theatre in the Community presented their work:
- Ana Célia Viana – Music Education in the Portuguese Elementary School;
- Ana Luísa Veloso – Fostering Collaborative Creativity in Specialized Music Education Settings;
- Carlos Gonçalves – Music Education and Cultural Sustainability in the Autonomous Region of Madeira;
- Clarissa Foletto – Promoting Digital Transition in Music Education;
- Graça Boal-Palheiros – Music Education, Musical Ability and Language Skills in Children from Disadvantaged Backgrounds;
- Jorge Alexandre Costa – Teaching Practices of Musical Theory and Aural Skills in Higher Education.
