She graduated in Industrial Design from ESAD.CR in 2014 and completed her master’s degree in Product Design in 2019, with the theoretical-practical project City in Performance. During her master’s degree, she was awarded an Erasmus Mundus Cruz del Sur scholarship, which enabled her to live and study for 11 months in Recife, Brazil, where she attended a postgraduate course in Design at the Center for Arts and Communication of the Federal University of Pernambuco. Throughout her professional career, she has participated in artistic and cultural projects in areas such as museography and exhibition design, communication, design, cultural production and programming. Since 2020, she has been a co-founder and designer at FÁ-LO, a cultural space in Caldas da Rainha dedicated to promoting and showcasing artistic work produced in the city. In 2023, she began her PhD in Artistic Creation at the University of Aveiro, in partnership with the Polytechnic Institutes of Porto and Leiria. She is currently developing an artistic research project supported by a doctoral scholarship from the Science in Cultural Heritage programme, awarded by FCT – Foundation for Science and Technology, in partnership with Museums and Monuments of Portugal, and hosted by the José Malhoa Museum and the LiDA – Laboratory for Research in Design and Arts research unit in Caldas da Rainha. Her research focuses on collaborative and multidisciplinary practices that seek to bring people together through shared creation and experimentation in public space. In collaboration with the José Malhoa Museum, she explores ways of promoting interaction, collective expression and the appreciation of cultural diversity through artistic objects and actions conceived for the surrounding public spaces. Her work explores issues related to urbanism and social empowerment through visual arts and design, with a particular focus on media and performative arts.
