Theatre as a place of encounter: Reaching the milestone of 30 years of existence implies, for a theatre company, more than just an anniversary—it means facing an uncomfortable question: how can a history be fixed? In the landscape of Portuguese theatre, where structures are born precarious, remain precarious, and sometimes consequently disappear and/or stagnate, companies that reach three decades of work stand out as rare continuities within an ecosystem marked by intermittency.
