Sounds with the Flavor of Home – Studio Recordings

Between May 18 and 20, 2026, the Sounds with the Flavor of Home project will carry out studio recordings in Porto of the works developed during the artistic residency held in Aveiro. The sessions will take place at ARDA RECORDERS, a music production complex internationally recognized for its technical excellence and creative environment.

Situated within the field of community music practices and applied artistic research, this stage of the project continues the collaborative processes of musical co-creation between immigrant musicians and displaced communities living in Portugal, fostering dialogue among different musical traditions, memories, and sonic identities.
