The International Conference Music and Human Mobility (ICMHM’16) integrates the series of Conferences on Redefining Community in Intercultural Context (Brasov, Romania). In an initiative of the joint organization between the Institute of Ethnomusicology – Center for Studies in Music and Dance, of the School of Social Sciences and Humanities, of the New University of Lisbon (FCSH/NOVA), Portugal and the Air Force Academy Henri Coanda of Romania, in Brasov, ICMHM’16 promotes diversified scientific and performance perspectives. It takes place at the School of Social Sciences and Humanities in Lisbon, at the centre of the city, from 7th to 9th of June 2016.
