Luísa Pais-Vieira

Biography

Luísa Pais-Vieira completed the PhD in Education Sciences, specializing in Pedagogical Supervision, from the University of Minho, in 2019; the Master in Music Teaching from the collaboration between the Higher School of Education and the Higher School of Music and Performing Arts of the Polytechnic Institute from Porto in 2015; and the Master in Musicology (Portuguese Musical Heritage) by the School of the Arts of the Portuguese Catholic University in 2013. The areas of interest in scientific, technological and artistic-cultural production are: Music Education; Educational Supervision; Initial Teacher Education; Musical Education Didactics. At the same time, she develops teaching activities (Music Education, Didactics), Supervision of internships and supervision of Internship Reports and consequent research projects and Research on music teaching and pedagogical supervision, participating regularly in communications, seminars and other public presentations.
