The article presents, for the first time, the results of the exploratory phase of the project “A Sound-centered approach to Music Education: A Pedagogical Framework for a new paradigm in teaching and learning music during childhood” in relation to the study in a non-formal context, reflecting on the pedagogical implications of this approach and developing a critical stance that can go beyond the research that has already been done in this particular field.
