Helena Marinho, a researcher at INET-md, is co-author of the articleAttitudes in music practice: a survey exploring the self-regulated learning processes of advanced Brazilian and Portuguese musicians, in the journal Frontiers in Psychology, available in open access. This article was signed by the first author and former INET-md doctoral student, Camilla dos Santos Silva, and the second author, Marcos Vinícius Araújo, a professor at the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP).


This study investigates the Self-Regulated Learning behaviors of advanced Brazilian and Portuguese musicians and how these processes vary in gender, nationality, musical instrument, amount of practice, specialization and professional experience.
