Biography
Inês C. Rosa concluded her PhD in Marine and Environmental Sciences, in 2013. She has ca. eight years carrying out research in the area of environmental and natural sciences, mainly in an academic context. As a result of this work, Inês authored 18 papers in peer-reviewed journals and one book chapter, mostly in the topics of ecotoxicology, bioremediation and climate change. From 2016 to 2018, she worked as a project manager in CICECO – Aveiro Institute of Materials, followed by two years as a science and communication manager at CESAM – Centre for Environmental Studies and Marine Science. She worked one year as Assistant of the Vice-Rector for Research, Innovation and Training in the 3rd cycle of University of Aveiro and she is presently the science and technology manager of the branch of INET at the University of Aveiro. Inês has complemented her work experience with specific training, improving her skills in project management, science communication, Open Science and Responsible Research and Innovation.
